I'm getting up to the site early to set up pungi sticks, snares and pits full of spiked that I can lead the nobles and squires into.

I am trying to decide if I can do 4 Alliance events in a row... I just don't know if I have the stamina to do it anymore. If we do PC then it would be 5 nobles with 13 total PCs. That may push Drak way over the line. ;p

Yeah, that is a problem, honestly. I think we have too many chapters in too close of an area. We need to build our memberships so that won't matter.

Mike - you are right. We definitely need to build up each chapter's player base. There will always be your chapter hoppers. But if you can get a good 20 people that are locals that are die hard players of your chapter then it really helps out.

Personally, I love having all the East Coast chapters that we have because it provides lots of opportunities. If you like to play different characters you can have one character per chapter. I like how I can NPC or be on staff at one chapter and PC in the others. It does require advanced planning though. I try to pick 1-2 main chapters that I try to hit as many events as possible and then go to 2 events a season at the others to show support. My two main chapters this year and last year has been HQ & NJ.

Unfortunately this year I had a convention during HQ's May event, moved during HQ's June event, and I have a wedding anniversary trip planned for the September event... so I am hoping to make at least 3 events. That is how it was for me for NJ last year all my conventions fell on NJ events except for 2. And we love to play at CT, NH and Deadlands too! Brian and I keep trying to limit ourselves to 2 events a month and we keep pushing it to 3 and now possibly 4... Soooo many events! Soooo little weekends!
