Pre-reg is now CLOSED!!
(If you have missed the pre-reg deadline please still send in a pre-reg if you are planning on coming to the event, while you may not get the discount you can help make Friday night check-in faster and easier for all of us.)

This is for the Alliance Oregon January 10-12, 2014 weekend event, at Brooks Memorial ELC, in Goldendale, WA. Info on this site can be found here and here.

Pre-reg will close on Friday, January 3, at 11:59 PM.

Reminder we are now only accepting pre-reg's via our online form, we will no longer accept emails. Thanks for your understanding.

If you have any BP expenditures you need to take care of them separately from your pre-reg, please send inquiries and requests to the logistics email. Thanks!

In addition we will be cracking down on incomplete pre-regs going forward, please remember that if your pre-reg is received incomplete you will not receive the discount event fee. You will be charged the at the door price for the event.

  • PC: $65.00 at the door, $50.00 if you pre-reg.
  • Advance page: $40.00 at the door, $30.00 if you pre-rg.
  • Page: $30.00 at the door, $20.00 if you pre-reg.
  • NPC: Free, NPC food is $15.00.

I will be out of town from December 7-14 and December 23-27 for a family vacation and then holiday stuff with family.

Took the day off work, scheduled a flight out.

For Pre-registration, as an Artisan I usually have last minute additions, would you like an "early pre-reg" (basically my one level 1 Earth and Celestial spells) followed up by my crafting pre-reg after that?

Howdy folks! I totally forget and couldn't find any info on it here or on your boards, but....

Do I need to pay for the event in advance as part of my pre-reg, or do I pay a discounted price, but at the door, if I send just my pre-logistics info?

Every chapter does it differently and we're hitting so many this year, I can't keep it clear.

Hello everyone...just as a heads-up/suggestion: We just got off the phone with the ranger at Brooks Memorial. They have temporarily lost power there due to the weather. They expect the power to be back on this afternoon, but they wanted to let us know it could go out again over the weekend due to the expected weather. So please bring extra blankets/bedding and lanterns/lights if you can, just in case it happens to go out again over the weekend.

Now that this event has come and gone, your plot team is keen to hear your feedback! Whether you were an NPC or a Player Character, we'd like to hear from you.

Tell us what you thought. What did you like? What didn't you like (weather aside)? Suggest ways you feel we can improve your game so that you can have the best possible experience. And any other thoughts you may have pertaining to your experience at our January 2014 event, "The Lady, or the Tiger?"

Lost and Found from January: We have a black leather make-up bag that was left at site. We thought we knew whose it was but it wasn't their's so we're posting it up to see who it belongs to...

As I said, it's a black leather make-up bag, it has a word that starts with an H embroidered on the side, there's a small carabeaner too. Inside, there is contact solution, contacts, green make-up, olive green make-up, a cream/blend stick, and a couple other items.

If you think it's yours, please send an email to plot@allianceoregon.com with what the "h" word is on the side and we'll get it back to you.
