how do NPC's prereg? do i just mention i'm coming in this thread or somewhere else? and what about signing up for meal plan?

Here is the list of Transfers I am still waiting on. These need to be to me by tomorrow, if not you will need to bring a copy of your most recent character card (A copyof your card from the online database will be acceptable too.) or play off the one I have for you in database. And if I do not have one for you, then you will be NPCing.
