question about sellers

i am looking into buying chainmail sheet for an armor project and i want to know if a2 armories is a good place to buy chain sheet

i am looking at 98.14 for a 1 in 4, 24" by 36" 16 gauge steel and zinc sheet
does this sound about right for price or can anyone find a better quote?

Just as a note, if you're intending this for armor, be aware that the chain sheets listed there are 16 gauge, and have no identifier as to the ring size, so there is a good chance that they'll only qualify for 2 points per location.

If that doesn't bother you, then go ahead, although you can get a finished shirt in aluminum that runs 2 points per location here for less than the panels of that stuff you'd need to make the shirt.

stay away from a2armory if you can. my experance may of been a rare one, but ther service sucks. First they only sent half the order, i had to email them to get me the axe part of the order. Sent me the wrong frog (turned out to be a better on anyway) and the pole axe wood handel was loose. I fixed it with woodglue in 2 secs but still you shouldnt have to do that (Unless you mess it up yourself) Im buying my axes from dwarfs next time.
