Can you evade a waylay?

Waylay cannot be evaded, parried, dodged, or riposted

Evade only avoids attacks that are basic damage (or basic carrier attacks)

"Three poison" can be evaded, it is a basic carrier attack.
"Fifty poison slay" cannot... It's a slay.

I walk around the event site shouting "I know you're back there!", so I never worry about walays
