i am new to larp in general and live in ohio i want to no if i can register at the upcoming october event or ifi have to register online plz help me im prity confused im thankful for any help also will i be the only person ther in normal close or should i spuge and get some peried clothing and armor

The National event is going on right now, so the response time may be a few days.

You should definitely pick up a rules book, they're only $5.99 for an Ebook, they'll cover a lot of the questions new players have and go over characters, classes, weapons, races, etc.

If you want to try it out without dropping a lot of cash on costuming try NPCing first. You can't play a PC in street clothes, BUT basic black clothing (sweats are best) and black sneakers or boots are all you need to NPC. Monster Camp provides the rest.
