Welcome to the Registration Thread for the Gavaria Season Opener: The Fox and the Hounds!
Site is Camp Reynoldswood: 621 Reynoldswood Rd, Dixon, IL 61021
The site opens 6PM on March 15th. Logistics AND a soft lay on will begin at 8PM, with PC talk and the hard lay on around 9-10PM. (Please do not be on site before 6PM if you have not spoken directly with Jared). Saturday Logistics will be at 2-3 PM (this is an LCO policy). Sunday will be clean up. Our goal is to be off site about noon on Sunday!
Cost
The event for PCs will cost $99 and NPCs $35; however anyone who preregisters will gain a $14 discount! Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday are included with your event fee. Are you a new player? Click here.
The deadline for preregistration and prepayment to garner the discount is 11:59PM Sunday March 10th, as logistics will meet on Monday and need to have things updated at that time. You are welcome to continue to register after this point, or pay cash at the door.

Logistics
The Alliance Chicago Logistics team has some requests to ensure check-in progresses smoothly for everyone:
Vaccine
We are requiring a 95% vaccination rate of all attendees at the event, and part of pre-registration will include proof of vaccination. Non-vaccinated players will be capped at 5% of total attendance, and if you are unvaccinated, you may be put on a “waiting list” to attend until more vaccinated players are registered. Get your vaccines, folks! With vaccines available to the public and the amount of time before the event, there should be ample opportunity for our players to get their vaccinations in time, with the unvaccinated 5% comprising only those that are truly unable to receive the vaccine for medical reasons (allergies, immunocompromised, etc.).

Logistics

- Get completely dressed in-character before you check-in! This is extra important if you are checking in late.
- Bring all weapon reps you intend to use to be safety checked. Every weapon rep will be safety checked.
- Bring a small sampling of your packets if you intend to use packets this event. We will be checking packets for size, contents, and overall safety.
- Bring all magic item reps and magic item tags with you, every registered magic item will be checked.
- Put on all racial reps, costuming, and armor you wish to have evaluated for race requirements and armor points.
- If you are a new player:
- See one of our New Player Representatives before check-in; they will ensure you have everything you need before approaching the logistics table.
- If you are a new player and arrive late, ask anyone to point you to any member of staff and we will sort you out as soon as we are able!
