Rules Question: Insert Component

Is it permitted to purchase the Insert Component ritual augmentation more than once for the same ritual?

It is specifically forbidden for Conservation and True conservation, but the rules do not seem to specify for Insert Component.

You still need the base components in order to perform the ritual, so I wouldn't see a problem with subbing in the additional reagents using Insert Component on a 1 stick per purchase basis.
