We are required to be completely off site by the off-site time. Please familiarize yourself with our camp cleanup policies here
Logistics: 7PM -9PM Friday evening (if you come after this time there will be instructions within the kitchen)
In May, anything is possible! The full menu will be shared soon, so stay tuned.
Friday night’s snack is still undetermined as the Gouda Sisters have been kidnapped! More to come.
Parking: there is a parking lot next to the group shelter. GA state parks do require a special mandatory parking fee. If you do not have proof of prior purchase for this event, an annual pass in the car, or a state decal then you will be required to purchase a pass onsite to park a vehicle throughout the event. Information on GA state park passes can be found here
Vehicle use during game on times: Vehicles may not be driven past the parking lot while the game is still on for any reason other than emergency services.
Pets: No pets are allowed on site. We are a private club and not set up for the public or the care and consideration for pets or personal animals. If you have a specific service animal please reach out to Kelly and Tony via a message here or Discord to discuss.
Player Cap: Due to a rapidly-expanding game and wanting to preserve both the quality of our game and our NPC resources, we will be instituting a 4:1 player cap this season, meaning that for every 1 NPC we have registered we will be able to serve 4 players. Should we have more players register than NPCs, we will note that below on the Waitlist and confirm all players no later than March 1st. I will place everyone on the waitlist when they pre-register. As payment is received or season passes are verified you will be moved up. If you have concerns, DO NOT PANIC, just send me a D.M. and we will adjust. The site caps out at 130 people however space is tight as we are still down one building due to storm damage.
Please encourage your friends to NPC this season! We need NPCs to put on the best show we can. As an NPC there is no charge for the game and you get snacks and a meal plan! You also get to develop and steer your own mini NPC character when not acting as a crunchy and you get goblin stamps as a volunteer. If you NPC at least 3/4 of our events you will receive a special reward at the end of the season. So try us out behind the curtain and NPC!
Pre-Registration List: Below is the current list of registered players, with notation of if payment has been received and if we are purchasing a parking pass for you. For NPCs, the character you are registered as blanketing is also listed below for awareness/transparency. I put everyone on the PC wait list once you register in the CMA. Within 24 hours I will verify your payment (either by pay pal or as a donation perk) and then move you to the PC list. Please be patient with this process. I do this so everyone can have full transparency for ticketing.

- Character cards will be printed at 8PM ,One week before the event! Please plan to have completed your pre-registration in the CMA by this time, otherwise plan to spend longer at Logistics in the character creation line on Friday night. Pre-Registering lets us settle treasure policy earlier than later.

- Bring all Armor, Weapons, and properly marked Magic items you are intending to check in
- Please note that per our new Magic Item policy we have a 60 ritual cap per player (This includes, Staff, LCO, and Restricted items.)
- All weapons must be safety checked before use at each event.
- Due to ongoing concerns with lighting all light sources must be checked for their intensity at check in before use at every event.
- Due to packet issues you may be asked to bring a random sampling of packets to check in. These will be opened up and checked to ensure they do not have corn, peanuts, sunflower seeds, beans, coral, or gravel.
- We will be going back to basics this event; please turn in your battle board after 1st and 2nd logistics so we can track protectives and abilities. Remember to turn in your tags!
- Cabins and bunks will be assigned. During pre-reg we will put you in a specific section/cabin; if you fail to pre-reg we will assign you at Logistics. Cabins are heated, and you will need to bring your own bedding (blankets, sleeping bags, pillow, etc.)
- There are two private PC Cabins and four dormitory style bunks, DORM 1 and DORM 2 to the north of the tavern that will be marked, and will be the primary sleeping space for PCs who have not made other arrangements. Dorm 3 is still off limits and under repairs.
