I have to set up the HoG. The only thing that takes up a ton of time is mounting Bleaks head on the damn rafters. I have a great idea for keeping the head up there this event. You should come by and see it. It's totally not haunted...

Curious, what time does site open? Between setting up my own lighting alternatives & decorations, zipping through logistics, helping with setup, and getting myself into makeup/costume I want to make sure I also don't miss the 9pm hard start.
