Am I reading this correctly?

StW lasts 5 days, costs 2 Reagants, and can be Spellcrafted for 5 days, and 1 Reagant?

Seems odd.

That is technically correct, though what information Plot gives you may vary depending on whether you cast it or just spellcraft. In SoMN, for instance, if someone spellcrafts a Seek the Whole, they will get significantly less guidance/information than if they were to fully cast the ritual and consume the scroll.
