If there is a thread about this (and I'm 90% sure there is), I'm very sorry for the duplication, but I couldn't find a clarification in the ARB or on the forums.
When you are purchasing a skill that requires you "sell back" other skills, can those skills be applied as a "discount" toward the skill being purchased at the time of purchase; e.g., if I have One-Handed Edged and wish to learn Weapon Master, may I learn it as soon as I have 10 free Build, or do I have to have 15 free Build and wind up with 5 more Build at the end of the purchase? Either makes sense but I wasn't sure which was the case.
