I appear to have been pre-regged for this event twice! :o My recent purchase was intended for the October HQ event, as per my note in the little paypal purchase screen thinger. Please switch this for me, thanks! :D

Howdy Folks!

I just preregged for September, but I will NPC for the first night. My wife is coming for the first time and I thought she should NPC for the first weekend. So I will play with her for the first night.

I'm sorry. I sent FairePlay more money last night, and forgot to include a note. That new event payment is a pre-reg for this event for Tom Haswell as Ulthoc.

Also, does anyone know who rorydibbs@yahoo.com is? I sent an email after he/she preregistered but haven't received a reply.

Not letting us know who you are when you pre-register kind of defeats one of the main purposes of pre-registering: so we can pre-pull your tags and pre-print your card!

this is just a BIG reminder to people to either look at the list here: http://www.alliancelarp.com//forum/viewtopic.php?f=58&t=4922 (this will be updated tonight)

or contact me to check on your memberships. whether your PCing or NPCing, your membership MUST be current to play. I will have to turn you away if it isn't, and nobody wants that. and for those who DON'T Check in with Logistics to verify they are current. Sorry, but you WON'T be receiving XP for the event afterward.

Memberships help pay for the insurance and the site and keep the game running, so please make sure your's is current so we can keep the fun going!
 
Also for any visiting owners, please review the policy on that thread about memberships. HQ allows free games, but still requires membership dues from all chapter owners. If anyone has any questions, please contact me. Thanks!
