Resolved Silvering/strengthening costs

Hello there, I've previously asked a question about whether silvering existing items costs X silver and X copper, or just X silver. I've had responses from marshals in Oregon and Seattle (including this thread) saying it's silver and copper. More recently I've had conversations with rules/logistics folks in Gettysburg and Calgary who say it should be just silver. We would all very much appreciate some clarification on this. <3

In the Blacksmith skill under Silvering a Weapon it reads:
"To silver an existing weapon, the blacksmith must pay 15 Production Points and 15 silver pieces"
In the Production Skills section it reads:
"...You must also pay a copper piece per Production Point..."

To silver a an existing weapon it would cost 15 copper and 15 silver for a total of 1 gold 6 silver 5 copper.
