snow >< i guess i cant keep telling my self it's june any more and the trees are just really really sick
but im stil really excited about going
this just means i have to bring extra warm gear.

I've played in ankle deep snow before, and I know others have played in THIGH deep snow before.

We are LARPers, our sheer level of dedication (READ: stupidity to some) allows us to ignore the effects of natural forces/hazards until AT LEAST the Monday after.

This so called "snow" will only make the game more epic! EPIC I SAY!

One of my favorite moments EVER playing this game was during a Triple Threat in January up there. I remember being down on the mod path and fighting Ben while in armpit deep snow. (and I'm not a short guy) I should have called us both for turtling since we each only had about 8 square inches of legal target exposed.

Does this mean we all get a permanent Resist Element on us for the weekend?
 
some of us have natural resist element...unlike the tiny folk ...some of us larger ones are naturally insulated ::BEAMS::

NPCs will have hot cocoa, hot tea, hot coffee, hot cider and food...

bring extra dry socks! keep the extremities warm (feet, hands, heat) and you should be okay :D

isn't snow pretty....

best part about freezing temperatures is getting to wear all those wicked cool costume pieces that are just too darned heavy to wear in the summer :D

of course all the NPCs will be wanting to play barbarians and fur covered creatures ..heheheheheh
