I have heard mention of dragons on a lot of in game and out of game posts. I have a few questions:
1. Is the existence of dragons common knowledge?
2. What are dragons in this game?
3. Are dragons sentient?
4. Are dragons evil?

1. Generally, yes.
2. Exactly what you think they are. Big, powerful, really stupidly unbelievably powerful, intelligent lizards (It is called "dragon" magic for a reason).
3. Generally, yes.
4. They can be. They can also be good. They can also be plaid... plot committees will vary.
