Star Trek

I I think it was the best movie that came out in the last 3 years.

In the geek genre I would recommend seeing Iron Man, The Dark Knight, or Watchmen before making that claim, but I respect your opinion. This was definately in my top 10 for the past few years though, and the best Trek movie since IV.

I would say it was better than all three of those films.

iron man was the best comic book movie ever made IMO (dark knight was wonderful but i felt it was more about the other characters than batman, so it doesn't win) but star trek was even more entertaining.

haven't seen watchmen, hoping i'll like it. read the graphic novel a long long time ago... but even if it is amazingtastic, it really can't touch star trek IMO.

Watchmen kicked butt! Dark Knight, Iron Man, (and the new Hulk) were all great movies.. looks like the slup hollywood was is is finally being lifted! I am looking forward to the new Harry Potter movie also! (and Transformers)

More Stone elfs excellent! he he he
we are climbing from the 1% at games basement to making a decent showing!

Onitt :ugeek:

Ohhh man I wanna see it so bad! Stupid stuck in the desert! I love Trek. Well...I didn't like Voyager at all. Next generation was my bread and butter. I had/still have (if they didn't get lost in the move) trading cards from the Next Generation and Original Series. The worst punishment in the world was when mom told my bro and I we couldn't watch Star Trek that night. We were always extra careful on Star Trek days. Gotta find a way to get a copy.... Need. Trek.

I've not yet seen Watchmen (No real interest, honestly. I never really got into the Graphic Novel), but I definitely think that Star Trek was better than both Iron Man and The Dark Knight. At least it felt better to me. Don't get me wrong, I loved the Dark Knight, just the way it made me feel afterwards...I think I had a better experience with Star Trek. And my only gripe with Iron Man is the movie spends too much time with the suit, and not a lot of time with the real Iron Man.
