We do need a state park pass to drive Vehicles Into the camp ground and to park there?

Yes, with the influx of people we might have to switch camps though. If that is the case we won't need to. They are like 11 bucks for a year so its a great deal no matter what. If you don't have one you can buy it on site or I will help get them for people on site as well.
