Can someone clarify for me the following?

Can Stone Elves Break Command?

When did this change/why it was not mentioned? (if they can)

The new Rulebook states they can but previous versions state they cant. I have been playing one for several years and Mike Engler of logistics pointed out to me the fact they can according to the rule book. No one at logistics or in the Alliance had ever mentioned this previously as a rules change and you guys usually are on point with rules changes and amendments.

I recall that Biata and Mystic Wood elves can.

This was passed over three years ago and first appeared in version 3.0 of the Alliance. Sorry you missed it.

I think you should post these questions in the regular Rules section though, because this area is for clarifications of rules.
