Strengthen my weapon?

'm looking to get me weapon strengthened, as I can't do't meself yet. Can't pay much more than cost; I haven't been traveling about much just yet. I'd offer ta fix yer armor, but if ye're strengthening, ye can do that anyways... I can heal, I've also got a friend who can heal much, much better, an' can do some alchemy to boot.
