Stun limb & Purify

So, at event there were these spiders that hit for Stun Limb. They sucked. But per http://alliancelarp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=14699, purify can cure it. My question is, if my arm is stunned, can I hold mana (thus initiate a Magic Purify). If mana is held in my hand by someone else, can I initiate Magic Purify? Also, Activate Purify?

Huh, I'd forgotten about that ruling. Anyways, to answer your question, yes, you can have mana in a stunned hand, since it is not an in game item. You cannot cast with that hand, but you can activate or use other abilities that are allowed when you have no skills.
