a plot or mod request? either way you should write to plot about it.
I think the address is plot@neroseattle.com
Then the right plot person will have it passed to them and it will go from then.

Those both also go to the plot email address, unless the questions are not plot related, then they would go to manager@neroseattle.com or owner@neroseattle.com
