I was wondering about this. Let's say bob the Fighter has two sets of armor. One is just a breast and backplate with some simple pauldrons, bracers, and greaves. Bob wears this when he's knocking around because it looks nice, it keeps his insides inside, and most importantly it breathes well and doesn't slow him down when he's chasing through the woods after nefarious ne'ers do well. Later in the afternoon Bob hears that a huge army of brigands is going to invade, so he switches out to his heavy suit, which features a heavier breast and backplate with tassets, full arm defenses including articulated elbow cops, full leg defenses, gauntlets, a gorget and a sallet helm.
Do the game mechanics allow for this sort of thing, or can you only have one suit of armor active in a given event?
