Marcus
Apprentice
Hi Folks,
I just wanted to take a moment (at this sad time) and thank everyone for all of the support, well wishes and the wonderful feedback you have all given me over the past few days. I am pleased at the comments and support from other players, NPC's and staff. In particular I would lIke to thank Gary for that wonderful message, and Brian Bender for the compliments. From you two, I take those words as very high praise. Also to Brian And Deb for getting just the right closing for Marcus. Thank you.
I had always dreaded how I might react to the death of this character. I think I handled it better than I had hoped and that is due in large part to the wonderful folks I have met playing this game. Some of the reactions have been surprising and very touching. I look forward to the opportunity to see if I can develop another character and hope that I will grow to enjoy it as much as I enjoyed playing Marcus. I have been brought to tears on several occassions while reading this board and I thank you for that. So on to the next adventure(r)! I will not be able to make the November event, and had known that prior to this past event so I will look forward to seeing you in the Spring, or sooner. Probably will continue NPC'ing until I get things situated in my head.
I haven't posted favorites this time and I am not sure I will. They seem to have lost their shininess at this point. Nonetheless this was another October to remember from the staff of the New Hampshire chapter. Definitely held up the tradition of badass Octobers.
Talk to you all soon
