The Curse of Destiny is the winter narrative that includes responses to some players' winter actions. This is not common knowledge in general, but certain situations are known only to the characters that are referenced. These are not dreams but a narrative for the benefit of players' winter writeups and for everyone to enjoy.
An in-game newsletter will be released in April that will address some of the events that are detailed in the narrative for everybody to read and get up to speed in character.
