Hello Unbounded. For those of you who desire, allow me to clarify the traditions and laws of our city.

In accordance with Rathfall law that dates back to the Crown Civil Wars, Yvaine Rumil is officially Archduchess Pro Tempore for one year's time as of this proclamation, Trimay 15th, 1224. She and the Prince Consort Pro Tempore are acting rulers, but to prevent the rise of an absolute monarchy again, she needs to be confirmed by the City Council and the Triumvirate. Often Minor Houses input their voice to influence who their Count or Countess will vote. Additionally, as the progeny of our late archduke amounts to two, I will remind you that his son, Prince Tristian is also an eligible candidate for confirmation and ascension to the throne.

Use this opportunity to guide our city to ruler it needs.

I appreciate you taking the time to inform the only. I am very much interested in the procedure of this vote. Will it be simple majority? Plurality? Does each member of the Triumvirate have equal standing with each member of the City Council? Is it by private lots? There are umpteen facets of the vote which will affect the outcome. Who might I reach out to for what will be an extended conversation?

I suppose, most relevantly, are you the arbiter of the vote or is there a neutral Judge of Change being installed? Do they have an office I can attend?
