Greetings all,
I have been tasked by his grace Duke Verik Eliason of Southland to construct and protect the river trade city that has been named Gryphon's Harbor. To this end I have enacted a plan that has been approved by the crown, and entails providing housing and economic opportunities for many of the refugees that have been displaced by the undead war.
Should refugees wish for a fresh start and to become productive members society, they are welcome to relocate to Gryphon's Harbor. Citizenship will be earned through the desire to create a home and an Oath of fealty to the crown. I offer the opportunity for those now displaced to participate in the building of something new, a safe harbor for their families, a place for children to learn and grow, a place for crafters and skilled laborers to conduct business and teach others, a place of trade and commerce to thrive.
To help with this vision, I would like to give fellow adventurers the opportunity to share in the project. If you would like to help between market days, by assisting with the construction of the city, the teaching of valuable skills, escorting refugees safety to Gryphon's Harbor, protection of the city, or in any other capacity, please let myself or a member of the Gryphon Guard know!
(Placement of workshops, businesses, and residences are currently available, and can be coordinated through the city hall.)
