The sky last Sunday night

Around 11 o'clock at night the stars begin to shine brighter and brighter and in just about a minute's worth of time, the night is as bright as day. Just as quickly as they lit up, they fade back to their normal brightness. During this time it is intolerable to be a Biata as this appears to be a very Celestial effect. When it is done their is something in the air that feels different, but it is hard to place your finger on. During that time it is uncomfortable if you are a Biata. That feeling fades after about an hour.

OOC: This effect happens in Gianeria as well Etchland, and actually everywhere else. If you were still in Ironwood late Sunday evening, please email me for more details. If you wish to investigate this, please email me.
