To the people of the realm and remaining survivors of the Goshawk tribe,
The paladin council has entrusted me with responsibility of ruling the now declared Protectorate of Goshawk. This protectorate was originally founded in the efforts to reclaim and settle land for the common folk of Eire, that more of us may live in peace under the protection of the Crown. Its namesake comes from my wife, our beloved, departed knight, Ria Sevaria of Goshawk.
I ask each of you reading this to spread word throughout the land: all surviving members of the elven Goshawk tribe in want of a home, who are willing to live in lawful peace, are welcome to Goshawk Isle. You were my wife's family, and you are therefore my family. If you would join us, help protect and honor this land and its people, then this is your home.
