Tombstone Translation

I found a tombstone on the main island during the November gathering. It was written in a strange script, most likely some kind of ancient Eloria, but that's a guess. I'm dreaming about it here to give a more durable account of what I learned. To my knowledge, no further action has been taken regarding this tombstone.

Beware, if you open this tomb two were
permanently sacrificed to seal this tomb.
Sealed in this tomb is not a body but a spirit;
A spirit that we failed to defeat but only contain.

There are four spirits that we have
imprisoned by different means. If any of these
measures fail, then all prisons will begin to fail
with time. These prisons were designed to use
their powers against each other. These prisons
should drain much of their former power.

Each of the four major guilds of Eloria were
charged with imprisoning the primal spirits
that were released by a mage known as Genesis.

The Order of the Thorn sealed the spirit known as Despair.
The White Wyverns sealed the spirit known as Justice.
The Silver Destiny sealed the spirit known as Hope.
Here the seal by the Moon Blades is the spirit known as Fate.

All these spirits have the power to learn at an exceptional
speed. They can lean any magics or skills used against them.
In addition, they each have the powers related to their embodiment.
The primal spirit of Fate has the power to bind the fates of any
spirit, similar in effect to a Spirit Bottle that works both ways.

The only way to release this seals is to have the blood of
four different races willingly given when the moon is
the highest. Under no circumstances, do not let any of these spirits
resurrect.

The light of the moon shines your narrow path.

Obviously, translations can be wrong but I feel fairly confidant in this one.

Who translated this for you?

Saro

I am going to go out on a limb and say Gideon translated it himself with more patience then I shall ever possess regardless of my race.

Kit

Do we have confirmation that the Spirits were sealed in the Void prior to being sealed in Eloria? In our fight with Genesis, I found he was able to employ Void magics, which implies either that he used the shard of Spirit he'd stolen from me to do so, or he had connections to a Void Mage. This matter is quite urgent, as if the latter is true, that could mean the Seekers' Nemesis exists in this mist sphere.

I believe that despair resurrected. Plus since despair was freed I think we can assume that the seals that held the other three are weakening. That could mean that fate, justice and hope may be free of the shackles placed on them by the 4 guilds. Thank you Gideon for having the fortitude to complete that translation. Anyone have any additional information to add to this?

When despair was resurrected it was discovered that it had been "eating" spirits. Maybe eating isn't the right word but he had a lot of other sprits inside of him. I know despair is the worst of the four so he might be the only one eating spirits, but we should check up with Bob.

Also who are the moon blades. I have not heard of them.

Saro

Um, I have under good authority that the spirit of Despair is contained, at least temporarily.
