Stahlbart has recently been heard to say: “The Four Nations' Accord provides us all we need to seek redress of our grievances. Let us seek justice within this Accord I and my brothers and sisters bled for, rather than start a new war to seek what we already have.”
The parlay is scheduled to begin with Stahlbart’s arrival this friday evening.
