Updates from Last Market: Bastian -> Kaida Sanu Bridge

As many did not choose to, or get the chance to speak with Arcanist Zed or Arcanist Samuel - here is some information from that, as well as events during and following the construction of the nibus/mist bridge.

All Pillar Magic Reagents in our communal supplies were consumed to this effort, as the ritual required a minimum of 30 of each to open the CoP created by Arcanist Zed, connecting to the Permanent Gateway in Bastion. This number theoretically would have been much higher, however our continuous shipments back to Bastion of these materials over the last year as well as someone in the adventuring community (Zed wouldn't tell me who) secretly sent Bastion a Kaida Sanu Permanency Catalyst. Which allowed Bastion to create a Permanent Gateway allowing this process's difficulty to be significantly reduced. So round of appreciation to everyone for their collection and recognition of the need to send them back to Bastion, that did eventually pay off and in a big way. A overwhelming appreciation to the unknown adventurer(s) who secretly sent Bastion the Perm Catalyst - the Bridge might not have been possible without Bastion having had a permanent Gateway. That said, Zed did tell let me know that the thoughts and efforts we entertained to make permanent gateway our-self were indeed possible and we were on the right track to do so. Providing the first steps of the bare minimum needs to accomplish that, and once we have these, Zed will provide the next steps in that process. They are:
  • Stable Foundation, Scroll & Catt - or Equiv
  • Planer Gate, Scroll & Catt - or Equiv
  • Permanency, Scroll & Catt - or Equiv
-- All of which could be Fortanis materials (Res) if we have no other option, but ideally should be Kaida Sanu materials (LCO)
During Casting, an Artifact within our possession held a Stable Foundation Charge within it and was consumed. Until the magic settles and returns to what the island may consider "normal" we won't know exactly its impact. But Zed was able to confirm that in every iteration, it would significantly give us a head start in our efforts to build our own gateway. We or Zed, should discover more in the coming months.

Our transport goal was a minimum of 30, with an ideal maximum of 45 new Bastion evacuees. Including the two New Zenith arrivals, we successfully evacuated 42 individuals who arrived safely and without injury. They remain fairly exhausted from the ordeal, and are resting. Foreman Oliver has a complete list of individuals, however they range with a small number of Bastian citizens to learn new skills & trades and be part of various different specialist's teams, Experienced military individuals from both relevant Houses. Our existing Specialists requested a number of new specialists and it seems almost every ask was provided and those people willing to immediately relocate to Ikari's Hope. Among them is a Master Specialist (Specialist rank 2), Blacksmith and Ranked Lord within his House made the travel along we 3 or 4 aids who are also house members and capable assistants/students/blacksmiths in their own right.

Hello Magistrate Shen and Fellow adventurers!
House Aviary hopes all of you fared well departing this market day. We were just curious as to the fate of items donated towards the Ritual, as there was no mention of them before, during, or after the ritual was complete that reached our ears. If there is any chance of survival of The Dawnkeeper's Favor, even if bereft of ritual magics it once housed, (as discussed at the time) House Aviary would very much like it returned.
