Various Vegetation Scraps Wanted

Over the winter I'm working on a composting experiment. I'm using rotary composting methods, so if I could receive any scraps of leftover vegetation untouched by the blight (onion skins, potato peelings, etc) that haven't been mixed with animal byproducts it would be optimal. I'm trying to see if we can create new soil the old fashioned way.

I will ask for the people of the town to make sure to save what we can. Do we have a location for this to brought to as of yet? Or would we need to build something for this?
