Reynolds Domarian - Elf male, 5’ 6” tall, dark brown hair; Former Assistant Security Coordinator of the Royal Treasury of Tunaria; Has been known to possess minor Celestial prowess; Last seen on outskirts of Kethunaria
These individuals were close associates to the criminal using the pseudonym 'The Butterfly" and are to be considered dangerous. Any individuals with information regarding the whereabouts of either of these individuals that may assist in their capture are urged to come forward.
