There is a warrant for the arrest Hubert Ramsfield and a bounty of Ten (10) Gold Pieces for his return alive to the Capitol. Hubert is a thin male elf with blondish hair. Hubert is an accomplished Earth caster, possessing enough ritual magic to cast moderately difficult rituals successfully, the ability to cast no fewer than 4 Death spells, and approximately twice as many Cure Light spells.
