Ward and Bless spell changes

The owners have passed changes to Ward and Bless. The Bless one is pretty simple (it only works if cast upon you while you are at 1 or more Body), but the Ward one is more involved. Please see this link for details:

I always thought thats how Bless was used anyways lol. So did the old ruling mean that somone at -1 body could take a bless and then get up? if so That was cheesey and Im happy its changed lol.
