I'm currently planning on making a Scout with one Weapon Prof. and one Backstab. I've asked around and I've been told that these skills stack in the proper circumstances, but I wanted to make doubly sure before I make an fool of myself in the middle of a heated combat 
Does Weapon Proficiency and Backstab stack when you hit someone with a valid swing from behind?
Can a Critical Attack and a Back Attack be stacked on to that simultaneously? (for an extra 3 points vs. one opponent)
I appreciate any help with this.
