Yes, once again New England sports fandom pays off big in a huge win over the Eagles in the Super Bowl. The last five years have made up for the first 20 odd that I actually cared about and followed the likes of the Patriots and the Red Sox, and I just have to say I can't wait for them to fall back into their usual antics of getting our hopes up as the post season approaches in either sport and then they blow it big time. I think I'll feel like the world is normal again then. Untill that happens, I can proudly wear my team jersey and light-up ball cap and revel in the sneers of fans of teams whom we've vanquished along the way.

Of course I did, I wouldn't use any inferior pompon for MY Pats.
