what age for a page in pa

im in northeastern pa and woulf like go join. I'm only 14 and want to know if I can join as a page, and what those rules are. My brother plays with some pages in Colorado but he says there is different rules depending on where you are.

Ohh we recently moved to the area (well North Carolina) Glad to know we might be the only new faces when things open up.
