What I am seeing in a few different places in a lot of confusion about why these changes are being proposed. I know it can be a lot of work, but a document that details what problems are being fixed or what parts of the game are being enhanced would be really helpful. It's hard to evaluate new rules that seem to exist randomly without the feedback being simple "unnecessary complication".
