Do to circumstances beyond our control the dinning hall Olsen Lodge has been closed for this event. The office area is still available to us so we are putting monster camp in that location. Tavern will be at the Troop House, as well as logistics. Please be patient with us as we overcome the challenges this event. The population for this event will be our largest since the weeklong about 6 years ago. with that said, Tavern will be feeding 50-60 people out of the Troop House, it will be tight quarters at times.
We have the use of the Bunk houses after the Manitou's have been filled, there are 4 Bunk Houses, each Bunk House holds 9 people, one Bunk House is reserved for the NPC's possibly two depending the attendance.
The Staff here in TC will do our utmost and best to keep the game fluid as we overcome this challenge.
