Mark, my assistant GM, has told me that there will be a renaissance faire up his way, near Claremont.

It will be held on the weekend before the event, September 13th and 14th.

Mark has offered us a booth at the faire, a place where we could dress up in costumes, do boffer demonstrations and hand out fliers.

I can't make it to the faire, so I wanted to see if two Deadlands players who would be willing to do so. I'll reimburse you for the cost of admission, which I believe is 9 to 12 dollars. I will also award both players up to 200 gobbies each, if you stay the majority of one of the days, and you pass out at least 50 fliers. If we manage to get a few new players as a result of your efforts, additional compensation will follow.

ACtually the faire is a one day event on September 13th. This is a fundraiser for a local therapeutic riding program in the area. So, anyone who wants to come and gove some demonstrations, or Just wants to come, dress up, and enjoy a day out would be helping out Gary, and helping out local kids with developmental disabilities, and Autism. Hope to see some of you there.

THe event takes place at the Cheshire Fairgrounds, in Swanzey, NH, right next door to Keene, NH on September 13th.
