Kinda.

Each person draws three cards. You draw and discard in a discard pile to attempt to get three cards of the same suit all in your hands. Royals are 10 (as well as 10s), Aces are always 11, and the rest are face value. If you think you have enough to beat everyone else at the table, you hit the table and everyone else has one more chance to draw and discard before the game is over.

And you do this by attempting to hit 31 but not go over?

Unlimited rounds?

You can't go over 31.

To bet, you lay out three denominations in front of you.

The game can go on forever so long as no one taps.

Though I acknowledge your reluctance to actually share all the rules, as it is much easier to win when you are the only one who knows them.
