    Uhm, yeah. Because that ends up being the PP value. A dagger is 5pp (which is 5cp) so, double is 10cp (1sp). So, if they merchant it, they get 5cp. Not sure why this is an issue for you. But I’m pretty much done with this odd conversation.

    It's just double production. What a BS wants to charge for it is not our concern. But to a new player, that is important information. (esp because they can merchant it for 1/2 cost which is EXACTLY what the rulebook states). PP is an OOG detail. CP or SP value is actually what the currency is.

    Our tags have the weapon name and the skill required to use them, plus base damage and "market value". This makes it super easy for any player to grab a weapon, read the tag and know if they have the proper skill to use it.

    but PCs have the option of spending that in coin as well (so up to 5gp) to purchase them instead of GS (or a combo) so there are lots of options to grab stuff.

    Normally, I don’t comment, but this is very incorrect. I had players tossing spells from scrolls and others that beat me down as well. Players had lots of options other than just swings. Scrolls, blast globes, trap globes and more. Lots of, if not most of, the new marshal and stealth skills...

    Most of the Monsters did not have slays, and the few that did, we did not hear any "grumbling" from the PCs if they were hit with a big slay or any other PC skill (in fact, we had players request that more NPC monsters should get a few of those skills to test against, which we will add in next...

    You can also do foam armour that looks like platemail. Simple pattern. Takes about 10-15 hours to do up a chest and shoulder piece.
