Nod, I agree with this intent, but I haven't seen final language of the rulebook. So I just want to make sure that we are all on the same page here. I know the checking in a magic item is usually an LCO thing and chapter specific, not so much a rule nationally.

Sometimes magic items go out with 10 Evers on them. In Denver we are allowing players to choose how to convert them leaving it up to them. They can choose one scroll or multiple since it isn’t specified.

The target is location and spirit. Does it get two tags? One for the circle, one for the spirit? One tag?

It looks like Summon Extra Planar are still called the same thing (per the ritual list above) yet they summon two groups of monsters. Can we perhaps change the name of one of them just to make them unique? Thanks! Mike

I know Counteract for example specifically will not work on poison coatings. It’s clear in that description. I was assuming weapon shield would be updated to be the same.

They posted they were going to add some rituals in the playtest packet. That was one of them. It's a valid ritual and will be in the final rulebook.

I believe this is no different than present. We already have some formal scrolls with optional catalyst (construct and destroy magic). The catalyst for Copy Formal Scroll would be needed to copy these scrolls.

The other option is to disallow the casting of TE at national events. But that should be probably put in the bylaw section of national events if so.
