This is about a 30 min drive for me. I would be interested to see this LARP in action. Also I can bring some of the wares down for viewing and purchase.
Or if you want to pre-order some items I can give a code for free shipping and deliver it at the event.

All events (Except for Stearns event) I currently have off. :D

I'm working on getting Stearns weekend off, although I may not have to work it at all. It depends on what my workload is for that particular Saturday, or if I can get someone to cover my weekend in exchange for covering theirs.

I still need to look through Chicago's schedule though...

Aug 9-11 might be better than Aug 10-12....
Oct 11-13 might be better than Oct 12-14....
Nov 15-17 might be better than Nov 16-18....

Typically, site opens for one-day events (like the upcoming February event) start at 10:00, and for the weekend events, site opens around 6:00 on Friday night. We like to have people arrive and go through logistics as close to these times as possible, so we can get the event started faster.

Please note the schedule has been updated, The April event has been moved back one week due to scheduling conflicts outside of our control. For those that like to plan well in advance, please note our August event has also slipped one week back to the 16th.

I'll have to make sure I get in all my overtime then Monday through Thursday so they can't make me work Saturday then for that weekend. Already had the original weekend planned off for the event XP

Anything beyond June will be insanely easy to make though, so yay?

As soon as they are confirm we'll update the list, we expect all this seasons events to be locked down before the April event happens.
