The entire infrastructure of WikiPedia is set up to protect moderators and admins from any sort of criticism. There is no way to voice a complaint or prevent what is effectively cyber-bullying by moderators and admins on power trips. They have a full policy on not harassing moderators, but absolutely no mention of moderators that harass page writers.
However, as Scott mentioned, this issue has been reported by various news organizations and publications that follow internet trends and Wikipedia's reputation has been destroyed by it in recent years. Many investigative reports have shown that many "moderators" are young teenagers, "trolls" from sites like 4Chan, or other less than objective or credible judges of content.
TL;DR = Wikipedia is the past, don't even bother with the headaches. Might as well set up an Alliance LARP MySpace page. Not worth it.
