Since it was not stated at the start, and the initial bids from folks not around where taken, I think that in good faith we should allow bids to stand. We might make different choices in the future but since winners must be in attendance we can be sure the items will be used locally at least in the near future.

As to the components, if there are enough I hope the plan is to only sell off the amount that does not divide evenly into the attendees for Gandian's sanity.
