what's a URL?

sowwy...pretend you're talking to a really old person who's never seen a computer. i have the pictures saved on my computer under my pictures...how do i get them here?
 
I don't know what URL stands for, but it just means that you right click on your picture, go to properties, copy and paste the properties in between
.

It's how I es'plained it to my grandpa the other day. :D
 
URL = the web address of the pic you want to post.

You can't upload them directly to this site. They have to "live" on the net somewhere, and then the link allows them to show up here. Photobucket or Flickr are two hosting sites where you can store your photos then link them here.

i have a ton of pics like those but i have them saved. I can't get on photobucket or upload them to the internet at all because of the restrictions on my work computer...anyone want me to email them to you and youc an see if you want to post them here?
