Nah, it's like sharing songs. Once you download it and pay for it, you can share it with others as long as you don't charge for it.
EDIT: "Sharing with others" means making copies for your friends. It does NOT mean declaring that the entire world consists of your friends and posting it publicly for anyone to download.

The file is a bit big to email, and well, iTunes puts DRM on the file. So, best bet - don't be cheap. Pay the $1.99.

I still have it on my TiVo, which I believe means it is possible to download to a computer and forward to someone, but honestly, for the life of me, I haven't got a clue how to do this.

The mechanics for doing this is pretty simple -- if you have your Tivo on the same local network there is software to run on your personal computer which allows you to view the Playing Now list on your Tivo(s - if you have more than one). For the Windows version, you can download this from the Tivo support site. For Linux, you can find that in Sourceforge.com (I use Tivo for Tiny because I like to download and transcode for watching on my Cowon D2 personal media player).
